Some of the systems we build and operate use machine learning models, including third-party large language models. Where an engagement involves submitting content to such a model, we configure the integration under the client’s written instructions, and we contract with providers on terms that do not permit that content to be used to train their general-purpose models unless the client has expressly agreed otherwise.
