NextEra Group is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
1. Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the reference standard used by U.S. courts and regulators when assessing website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and they are the basis for Section 508 and the European Accessibility Act.
We describe our status as “partially conformant”: most of the site meets the standard, and we have not yet completed a full third-party audit. We say this plainly rather than claiming full conformance, because an overstated accessibility claim is itself a source of legal exposure.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy.
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements, and full keyboard operability.
- Text and interface colors tested to meet AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Motion and animation respect the operating system’s
prefers-reduced-motionsetting. - Form fields carry programmatic labels, and errors are announced rather than signaled by color alone.
- Layouts reflow to 320px width without loss of content.
3. Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas and are working on them:
- Some data visualizations and diagrams rely primarily on visual presentation; text equivalents are being expanded.
- Third-party embeds we do not control may not fully conform.
- We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or assistive technology user testing.
4. Feedback and requests
If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information in an alternative format, please tell us. Include the page address and a description of the problem.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to describe how and when we intend to address the issue. If our response does not resolve your concern, you may ask that it be escalated for further review.
5. Accessibility in what we build
Accessibility is part of how we build for clients, not an add-on. Where an engagement specifies a conformance target, we design and test against it and document the result. Where a client declines an accessibility scope, we record that decision, because the resulting legal risk sits with the site owner.
6. Assessment approach
This statement reflects self-assessment using automated tooling combined with manual keyboard and screen reader checks. It was last reviewed on August 26, 2026.
